At OG Kits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Custom or personalised jerseys, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Policy

After this period, your order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment, meaning cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
